Frequently Asked Questions

We help you throw an epic slumber party! We set up tent areas for ages five and up, and we have a variety of themes, whether you want a mermaid theme for your little girl, a boho chic theme for your teen, something sporty for your child, or another of our suggested themes. If we don't offer your theme, let us know and maybe we can add it! 

Tents and lights, air mattresses, fitted sheets, breakfast trays and lanterns/nightlights, blankets and plush pillows for decoration. *Sleeping pillows are NOT included, please have guests bring their own. If requested, balloon clusters can be added on. Depending on the theme, there may be garland or greenery. If certain items want to be purchased, let us know and depending on inventory, this might be possible. 

We set up the morning of the party; set up time must be agreed upon beforehand. We pick up the following day at a time convenient to the client.  We are not able to move furniture, so please do that ahead of time. If you are concerned about spacing, email us and we can talk dimensions. 

We take care of that. 

A damage/replacement fee will be necessary. This is mentioned in more detail in our contract. 

We have different party packages depending on the number of guests or special add-ons.

Yes! We need to know at least twenty-fours in advance, and an extra tent and set up will cost a fee of $25. 

A waiver/contract with terms and conditions will need to be signed at the time of booking. We'll email you a pdf.  

We try to be flexible. If rescheduling is needed, email us and let's see if we can find another date that works. If rescheduling is needed because of dangerous weather, we understand that is unavoidable. We prefer bookings at least two to three weeks out from the party, but you can always email us and see what's available.  

If our party planners feel unsafe in the home/area, or the space is not clean or conducive for our rentals, we hold the right to cancel and return your fee. Please have the area cleaned and ready for set up (this must be a smoke-free environment).
